OUR MEMBERS IN TRAINING
We were created in the "Image" of God from the inception of human creation. We were made to be like Him; to reflect His values, His love, His power, His grace, and His authority--in the world He created for us.
IMAGES is our "Members in Training" ministry to our newer members at East Valley Pentecostal Church. Those who have just come into the church will have the chance to join our: "Membership 101" and "Membership 201" classes, to learn more about God and His Word, so that each Member in Training (MIT) can understand and work toward reflecting His image in their daily lives.
Each "MIT" is also assigned an "Images Small Group Leader" who will be there to mentor, support, and connect you to other vital ministries and social groups at East Valley. We do not just simply pray with you at the altar and expect you to immediately begin reflecting every value of Jesus Christ, but we will be there to help direct you toward spiritual growth, support you as you grow, and applaud you as you graduate into your own personal church ministry.
